Description

The goal of this research proposal is to elucidate the targets of phthalates and their metabolites in cells in the developing and adult testis, to determine the effects of possible replacement plasticizers ("green" plasticizers) on these targets, and to determine the impact of exposure to environmentally relevant concentrations on human male reproductive health.
