Description
This grant is for general operating support for the Health Federation of Philadelphia (HFP). HPF is a nonprofit public health organization with a 37-year history and a mission of improving access to and quality of care for underserved communities and marginalized populations. The work of HPF is based on several core principles: equity, excellence, and collaboration. HPF implements tailored approaches to building capacity at the family, community, organizational and sector levels using a relationship based empirically informed approach to quality improvement. At all levels of activity, HFP uses a customized, collaborative approach that operationalizes principles of trauma informed practice and reflection.
