Overall Objective The goal of this proposed research is to evaluate the efficacy of ROD as an alternative to antibiotics by examining its effect on the immune response, gut microbiota, oxidative stress, and gut inflammation in broiler chickens fed ROD plant extract after Salmonella Enteritidis lipopolysaccharide (LPS) challenge.
