Description
The Wabanaki Mentorship Network offers support and mentorship to trainees and new scholars in the area of Indigenous Health Research within Atlantic Canada. Through our existing health research network of 60+ established scholars, community members and policy-makers who are working in the area of Indigenous health research, we connect our trainees and new scholars to experts in the field, facilitate access to innovative, culturally and geographically-specific research methodologies and methods, and ensure our trainees are working to advance health and wellbeing through research that is identified and driven by Indigenous community partners within Atlantic Canada and beyond.
