Description

There are several simple, cost-effective strategies that parents can use to manage their children's pain. Unfortunately, many parents are unaware of these strategies, and scientists must better understand how to share these findings with parents in an effective way. This project examined the reach (both through print media and through digital impressions) of an advertorial in Parents Canada magazine directed towards parents that described evidence-based strategies for pain management. This method was found to reach a large number of parents and may be useful for sharing other forms of health information with families.
