Abstract
Two cases of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor fetopathy with renal tubular dysgenesis and severely underdeveloped calvarial bone are described. Six additional, unexposed cases of hypocalvaria are described, and possible links between calvarial development and fetal hypotension and/or chronic hypoxia are explored.
