Abstract

Synthesis of reagins does not take place in mouse cells implanted in rat skin. However, mature antibody forming and non dividing spleen cells may possibly survive for a period of 6 days after immunization in xenogenic regions while this is impossible for immature cells. (Schmid - Munich)
