Abstract

The Stirling County study focused on the general population in an area of Canada bordering on the Atlantic and given the fictitious name of Stirling County. This is a long-term epidemiological investigation. The authors describe the methods employed and base the present article chiefly on results obtained in subjects with anxiety and depression.
