Abstract
A case is presented in which low right ventricular pressure was calculated erroneously from the Doppler derived velocity of flow through a ventricular septal defect. This is thought to be due to the presence of right bundle branch block. Reasons for this error and a way to avoid errors in calculaton are discussed.
