Detalles del proyecto

Description

This project will supplement funding for RWJF's Healthy Eating Research program to continue building an evidence base for effective strategies and policies that will reduce the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs), especially by children to age 5. This effort will focus on the influence of pricing and tax strategies and on achieving equity in beverage consumption patterns. Project deliverables will include development and execution of one call for proposals (CFP) that addresses key research questions related to SSB taxes and pricing strategies, as well as a combination of research reviews and commissioned research that will support timely, policy-relevant topics and or research gaps not addressed through the CFP.
