Resumen

The development of a rheometry system that uses optical tracking of ligand coated, magnetically twisted ferrimagnetic beads was discussed. It was found that the cytoskeletal proteins can regulate cell mechanical properties by modulating the effective noise temperature of the matrix. It was also found that the complex modulus did not changed with the displacement amplitude.
