Resumen
Fifty-one consecutive patients with primary open-angle glaucoma had 81 eyes with glaucomatous field loss. Peripheral nasal step field defects were found in 21 eyes (26%) and in nine of these the nasal step was the only demonstrable glaucoma field defect.
