Resumen

In this paper, a telemedicine model is proposed for health center in Peru that lack of specialized medical services. The proposed model uses Smart Glasses for online communication of images and documents that allow a multichannel and integral communication of the medical team. For the evaluation of the model, it was applied to a tele-rehabilitation scenario, making it possible to speed up the patient care process, and whose evidence shows that the proposal constitutes a necessary tool for the remote execution of medical procedures, remote assistance, and teaching.
