Description

This is a prospective observational cohort study. The overall aim of the project is to develop a longitudinal analysis of patients with complex or recurrent urinary tract infections through the prospective collection of clinical data and microbiological isolates (urine, rectal swab/faeces) contributing to the entire uropathogen population colonising the patient.
