Description

The purpose of this study is to examine organizational ethics in Canadian health organizations through a national survey of Canada health executives, managers, and ethicists. Organizational ethics is concerned with the ethical issues faced in managing health organizations and the impact of organizational decision-making on patients, staff, the community. The study will improve our understanding of the ethical issues and provide insight into how organizational ethics issues can be better managed.
