Description
The introduction of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) has resulted in a dramatic increase in the life expectancy of people living with HIV/AIDS. With this, has come a greater acknowledgment of the fertility desires of people infected with HIV. Sero-discordancy (HIV+/HIV-) between couples attempting to conceive poses unique challenges, both in Canada and globally. Current ART guidelines in resource-limited settings (RLS) such as Africa, where therapy is delayed until CD4 count
