Résumé
A case of chlorambucil overdose is presented. The clinical manifestations were acute renal failure and seizures. We are not aware of this combination of clinical features being previously reported with chlorambucil overdose. Chlorambucil, a nitrogen mustard derivative, is used in the treatment of a variety of malignant and non-malignant diseases e.g. autoimmune hemolytic anemia. The major clinical manifestation of chlorambucil overdose is seizures (1-4).
