Résumé

The human genes encoding the interleukin 8 receptors type A and B were assigned to chromosome 2 by polymerase chain reaction amplification and by Southern analysis of a panel of human x rodent somatic cell hybrid DNAs. The 1L8R genes were further localized by in situ hybridization to band 2q35.
