Résumé

We report a case of autoimmune hemolytic anemia, in a 28-year-old man with a warm-reacting IgG antibody with anti-Sd^x activity. The unusual characteristics of the patient included the dramatic response to steroids and relapse after 1 year of treatment. This likely reflects the presence of an underlying autoimmune abnormality.
