Résumé
Immunosuppressive rabbit antimouse thymocyte sera (RAMTS) induce skin-sensitizing antibodies in many strains of mice, and data presented here indicate that the degree of immunosuppressive potency may be predicted from the RAMTS’ immunogenic qualifies. Subimmunogenic doses of RAMTS were immunogenic in mice when injected with syngeneic thymocytes, suggesting that the imunogenicity of RAMTS is attributable to its ability to bind to lymphoid cells.
