Résumé

This paper focuses on healthcare professionals' non-acceptance, and resistance to the use, of wireless communication technology. Specifically, we propose and empirically examine a theoretical model on barriers to the use of wireless communication technology to share information in healthcare settings. Our findings highlight important factors that, if not addressed in healthcare settings, can result in resistance to the implementation of this technology.
