Résumé
Numerical trials of a magnetic inverse solution for a single-current dipole in a homogeneous human torso with realistic outer boundary are reported. A noniterative solution of the forward problem for the boundary potentials has been used to increase the speed of the inverse calculation. The solution has been found to be very robust in terms of sensitivity to noise and to tolerate modeling errors at many locations quite well.
