N2 - Occupational illness is an entity that is often difficult to diagnose. We present a case of an individual demonstrating both occupational asthma and protein contact dermatitis to pork antigens. Objective documentation was obtained that confirmed both diagnoses in the same individual. It is unusual to see both type I and type IV hypersensitivity reactions to pork antigen simultaneously.
