Résumé
Bell's palsy is a common neurological disorder of unknown cause, which may result in severe physical and social disability in a small percentage of patients. Early treatment with prednisone can prevent complete paralysis and is therefore justified in all cases of Bell's palsy. In the event of complete paralysis, nerve autografting offers some hope for recovery.
