Résumé
In the Transvaal, nitrofurazone is at present the commonest topical sensitizer of the skin, reflecting its widespread use, frequent misuse and its capacity to sensitize. The authors experience suggests that the free availability of this drug may increase the incidence of reactions due to its use, and should be condemned.
